Patty Carow founded Blue Willow Catering in 2000 and has built a solid reputation for quality food, creative presentations, flawless service, and thoughtful attention to the details that matter most to her clients.
Patty personally prepares the dishes she serves. With nearly 20 years in the Northwest food service industry, she holds a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management.

Jared’s relaxed yet competent demeanor puts everone at ease. His extensive serving and bartending talents add to the celebration. Having experienced, knowledgeable and personable staff to handle the service of your event is key, therefore Jared is your man.
